Two engines.
Two simple models.
Visionably is sold to institutions and audit practices, not through a checkout page. Docs is a monthly subscription with a fixed page allowance. Audit is scoped per engagement. The right number depends on the shape of your archive or your crawl — so we start with a conversation, not a rate card.
Docs — subscription.
Every plan includes a fixed monthly allowance of pages converted. A "page" is one printed page of a PDF we deliver as an accessible version. Documents nobody requests don't count against you.
What sizes the allowance
- Archive size
- Roughly how many documents live on the portal. Hundreds, thousands, tens of thousands.
- Expected monthly use
- How much of the archive real visitors actually click through in a typical month.
- Deployment
- Our infrastructure or inside yours — data sensitivity, IT review, residency requirements.
- Term
- Month-to-month, annual, or multi-year. Longer commitments get better rates.
Audit — per engagement.
Every Audit engagement starts with a pilot on a site you choose, so the first thing you evaluate is the deliverable, not the invoice. From there, engagements are scoped on what the crawl actually covers.
What scopes an engagement
- Crawl size
- Pages rendered and checked, including areas behind a login.
- Document volume
- PDFs pulled through the deep document module alongside the pages that link them.
- Deliverable depth
- ACR and GIGW/IS 17802 sheets, fix groups, AT scripts — or the full workbook, white-labeled for your practice.
- Retest cycles
- Stable finding IDs make re-crawls diff cleanly — scope one retest or a standing cadence.
