Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated May 22, 2026

§ 1

Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to every interaction with the Visionably platform — the end-user dashboard, the partner API, and the embeddable widget. It is incorporated into the Terms of Service by reference. Material violations may result in immediate suspension as described in § 9 of the Terms.

§ 2

Prohibited content

You may not submit content that:

  • Is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or that violates a third party's intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Contains child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that exploits or endangers minors.
  • Promotes terrorism, mass violence, or armed conflict.
  • Is designed to harass, threaten, or stalk an identifiable individual.
  • Includes credentials, secrets, payment information, or other sensitive material that you are not authorised to process or disclose.

§ 3

Prohibited activities

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code, models, or training data of the platform.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network connected to the platform without prior written authorisation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to another customer's workspace, documents, or credentials.
  • Circumvent rate limits, quotas, billing systems, the SSRF guard, or the publishable-key origin allow-list.
  • Use the platform to send spam, unsolicited communications, or pretexting messages.
  • Resell access to the platform, or provide a wrapper API that exposes Visionably functionality to third parties under a different brand, without a written reseller agreement.
  • Use the platform to train a competing AI model on Visionably outputs.
  • Submit synthetic, automated, or load-test traffic at a volume that materially impacts other customers, without prior coordination with us.
  • Misrepresent the embedding origin to the widget, or use a publishable key on a domain not on its allow-list.

§ 4

Widget-specific obligations

  • Configure the allowed-origin list on each publishable key to include only origins you control.
  • Use the bundle URL with the integrity hash we publish. Do not host modified copies of the widget script on your origin.
  • Do not modify the widget's user-visible branding, the "Made accessible by Visionably" attribution, or the footer link to visionably.ai.
  • Submit only PDFs hosted on the same origin as the embedding page. The platform enforces this server-side; circumvention attempts are a material breach.
  • Display the platform's email-input field unmodified when prompting visitors for completion notifications.

§ 5

Reporting violations

If you become aware of a violation of this AUP — whether by you, another user, or a third party — report it to abuse@visionably.ai. We respond to credible reports within two business days and may share investigation details with law enforcement when required by law.

§ 6

Changes to this policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to the workspace contact email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
